Just bought an MC18 a few weeks ago (could'nt stretch to a 21or 28! but still happy) hopefully post some before pics shortly. It came with some mismatched and damaged bodywork, mostly Rothmans but looks like a poor spray can effort. I am tempted to sell the lot and put towards one of the kits I see on ebay from China or poss go tyga and update the look? Alternatively can fix what I have but cost of prof spray job would probably cost at least the price of a tyga kit? Anyone got any thoughts? Many thanks Tim

Hi Tim.
Be careful if you buy a fairing kit from China as they seem to differ between plain bloody awful and surprisingly good and you will have to pay duty (import tax) when it arrives from there to here in the UK. A couple of places I know certainly know their stuff when it comes to spraying fairings in the Rothmans design but it will cost you a 4 figure sum, unless some of the guys from here can adise you where they had theirs done.

Thanks Paul, not wed to the Rothmans design as its not an sp anyway just came with that bodywork, will be happy to do at standard red/white or blue/white, thanks for the info on the fairing kits
