When fitting both Jha and Tyga non-GP pipes to my MC28, I had to make a small bracket to drop mounting point about an inch. Of course this did require modifying (hacking!) at my non-stock bodywork.
We've found it's usually down to poor alignment at the manifolds, particularly with the TYGA chambers, that can be a bit fussy.
The [TYGA] pipes are all built on the same jig, so if your frame is straight, there is no reason why they should fit any worse than any other set of TYGA pipes... which usually fit right up without any problems.
Jha, HARC Pro, Ethos, DogFight, and everything else should fit just the same too. I've yet to see a set of pipes that didn't fit properly to a straight frame in 20 years! _________________ Andy.

Are you still using the standard footrests and rearsets?
I seem to remember something about needing to use aftermarket, higher rearsets with the Tyga chambers.
I think they state on their website that the exhausts won't fit with standard rearsets.
The bike is all around in good shape been well taken care of no damage at all to the frame don't understand what the problem could be otherotherwise, the left side went in perfectly just the right side won't budge
I was on the Tyga website yesterday. It looks like I was talking out of my bottom earlier!
For the side by side exhausts they state they will fit with standard rearsets.
Not sure on the GP exhausts though.
Are you using the standard manifold exhaust gasket between the flange and cylinder, or have you fitted the flanges direct, without the gaskets?
Those spring type gaskets are about 8mm thick, if I remember correctly.
Might give you the little bit of play that you need.
I was told about an o-ring o_O am I suppose to be using a honda oem o-ring or is it something I forgot order along with the parts on the tyga site I am sure I bought everyting on theee
I had the exact same problem but a part of it was my own doing because i included a high temp o ring in the collar. A few seconds of just the right amount of sanding to the collar on the belt sander made for a perfect fit.
