Si, I bet if you speak to your pal Mr Emberton, you may find he will tell you Speedfibre make that RSW part.
If not cut , bend and shape a bit of alloy to suit your swingarm. You will then be able to use this as a mould. Buy a carbon fibre repair or skinning pack from Carbon Mods / Easy Composites and have mucho fun covering the kitchen and associated utensils with resin and cuttings of carbon fibre cloth while you perfect the manufacture of quality carbon fibre parts! Easy!
Get the family involved for even more 'Blue Peter / Mr Maker' (I'm so down with the kids!) type fun!

On another note, that piece of carbon won't fit an Mc21 swingarm anyway without a bit of cutting. It's the wrong hand for a start and I doubt the spacing between the main spar and top bracing is the same either.
