I've been on a hiatus. Sad

Does anyone know the charging system output?

As with every other lead acid battery charging system, ideally the output should be 14V .. 14.4 V.
Check your battery, fully loaded it should have 12.7V (acc. to Yuasa spec). If you don't reach that after a prolonged ride, the rectifier/regulator might be the culprit. They get very hot and wear just like your brake pads. Wink It's a design issue (needs to be light and cheap in a motorcycle).

If you happen to be asking about DC wattage output, it's around 50w at mid rpm.

^Yes I was looking for wattage or current. I'm adding a second fan which is about 8 watts. Then I'm thinking of going to LED headlight to save 20W.

^^Regulator is from a CBR150 which has electric start so can easily handle the output from the generator. Battery is s simple lead acid. Replaced every so often as they are not expensive here.
