front fork oil

hi guys can anyone tell me the best fork oil to buy or which should i use as i would like to change my front fork oil i have a nsr 250r mc18 r2j what oil do i use and how much do i put in each fork leg many thanks to all stay safe.

We recommend 12.5W Rock Oil fork oil. 429cc in the R2J. (Honda specify 10W)
