NX5 Part?

I've just acquired a NX5 that has this non Std part connected to the Carbs , any Idea's what it is ? Vacuum operated Tap ?

That looks like an FCC ram solenoid.

Thanks for the reply Andy , I've only just received the bike today so not had a chance to have a proper look at that part, it's definatly a modification to the OEM pressure equalisation system .
