Hello!

Two months earlier i bought this beautiful old school Honda NS250F

This bike was sitting in the garage for almoust 10 years, and then i bought it.

My friend cleaned both carbs, changed fuel filter, hoses, made nev ignition key and engine started.

Now i need to change cillinder gasket and find out why ATAC sistem doesn`t work...

I did a quick search and only found complete gasket sets. I think you would have more luck if you get a Honda parts guide. You sometimes see them in ebay and more likely on Yahoo Japan.
I use www.jauce.com to buy from Yahoo

i had a problem, one cylinder doesn`t work, there is too much fuel pumping and spark gets wet.
what size is main jet`s in the carbs? Because one is bigger than another, maybe that`s why it flushes fuel too much.

And i noticed that there is something broken in the exhaust, we cut it open and the noise was from the whistle, i threw it away, and welded back.

It is common for "Vees" (both 2-stroke and 4-stroke) to have different size main jets (and often needles and/or power jets) in the front and rear cylinders.

If you look on the NSR carb settings page in the Tech section, you will see that even the models with the same main jet have different needles front and rear.

The Honda NS250F and the Honda NS250R are filled with bold style and a newly designed liquid-cooled 2-stroke 90 Degree V-twin engine (displacement is 249cm3). ... The NS250F/R was developed using the latest sophisticated technologies gained from the 1983 MotoGP world Champion racer "Honda NS500".
