Just wondered if anyone had any tips to get the finish back on the forks lowers of my 28 sp please as there is a little pitting and chipping.

Is bead blasting and clear coat the best route? They appear to have a brushed satin finish

I have used coarse scotchbrite pads and wd40 or similar, in a circular motion around the fork leg with good sucess, it gives the factory look, and then clear coat if you want to
