only one ii know of that can do them is 2 stroke race lab
he has mended a lot
but he is in greece

I bought the bike knowing the pgm III was damaged. The back cover was burnt in a small area and it doesnt operate the RC valves. I understand the valves should open and close at certain revs. Any info would be much appreciated.

Hi guys, what reasons would blow a pgm 3 if the power valves dont have carbon build up or over tightening of the cables? what should I check?

Sometimes I guess they just fail. My RC valves are spotless and after letting my bike sit for extended periods as I was working away they just stopped working. Sent My PGM to Nick at 2 Stroke Racelab and problem solved. (With the RC valve anyway)...

Could someone please explain how the servo should move at different revs on the MC21?

Just souced a pgm III from Japan and still no movement. Opened the back cover and no sign of damage or charing. Any info would be much appreciated.

RC Valve adjustment about 3/4 way down the page

Not sure if it would work, but when you fit the RC valve into the barrel mark the position on the actuator wheel when the RC valve is 2mm recessed. You can then tell where the RC valve is without removing the exhausts.
