I've only been and got another one! Sadly an NX4 this time. Bought this with the intention of turning it into a replica of the machine that my son raced in 97-98 for Mick Walker racing, but then thought he wasn't that famous 😢, so thought lets go for someone a little more well know, who do you think? The other two NF4s are in the process of being turned into an FCC replica and the brochure colour model.

Absolutely LOVE NX4s! Very Happy

Would be nice to do a bodywork set in your son's old colours, irrespective of how "famous" he was, or not! Smile

Stop it !!!, i know, i know, it'll never be finished, need the proper exhaust, the proper brembo front caliper, oh and disc, and the correct tecnomagnesio wheels, nad to take the marvic out the front cause it fouled the caliper, the list is endless, i have had a good look over an original one and the differences are incredible, it's only when you start looking underneath at all the extra strengthening etc and all the tiny minor details, you start thinking, she didn't look too bad in white.

Got to be honest, I wish we could do the TSR AC50M in FCC colours. Orange/blue Rizla isn't the prettiest of colour schemes, and after the Repsol, I think it's the nicest looking of the 500Vs.

Strange how such a simple paint job can look so good.

The TSR/FCC colours is one of the schemes I'm thinking of painting the NX5, but I've never seen an NX5 raced in TSR/FCC colours.
I would then also need Nissin calipers and blah, blah blah... etc to finish the look...
