If you search through members builds, about 4 or 5 pages down, you will find dunkenb has done this conversion.

the monoshock is offset on the vfr, you will have hardtime fitting it.
i have tried fitting vfr pro arm on a mc21 and decided to give up before i broke more than i could repair

As both Les and econo say, it's been done before [many times], but it's not a simple "bolt together a collection of parts".

If you have the time and determination, then you can do it. Again, as econo no doubt discovered, be prepared to remove metal from the chassis in order to do it, with renders the frame effectively worthless to anyone else but yourself.

If you have the money, then an MC28 Pro-Arm is the way to go, but again, it's not just a simple "bolt-on" job. A little modification will be required, but it's easier to revert back to the MC18 setup.

I think Racer38 will have been amongst the first to have ever done this conversion, back in about 92~93.
