120/60 section front tyres

Have the chance of a cheap set of used once Pirelli Super Corsa's tyres. Problem is the front tyre is a 120 rather than a 110. Will this still be useable?

A 120 will fit on the NSR250 3" rim, but it will slow the steering down noticeably. Ideally you want a VFR/RVF400 or TT-F3 3.5" front rim, but it will still be slower to turn than any 110.
