I've read a few posts on here about shocks but nothough though.
Is there a good shock that someone has fitted that works better than the stock one?
Will a RS 250 or Aprilia shock fit, what about the RGV?
Just looking for something that I can put on there that will be a better shock.
Ideas or advice please.

RS125 Honda & CBR600 fits well!
You have to remember that the RS125 shock with the piggyback reservoir won't fit under the standard seat unit without modification.
I think somebody said they got a RS125 shock with a remote reservoir which fitted under the standard seat.
Also, the RS125 shock mountings need to be modified to fit in the NSR.
you can use that as cross reference chart to see what length and spring rate other Honda's have, for example Hornet600 uses same type shock and only 1mm longer

F3 means Formula 3, F-III, or TT-F3. 250 2T's and 400 4T's, tuned to within an inch of their lives, and pretty much the pinnicle of small capacity development.
The original F3 specs may be improved upon slightly now, with the use of adjustable ignitions, but not by much, and we've yet to see anyone prove different. _________________ Andy.
