New to NSR-World, tried to find answer in existing posts and couldn't (or didn't know how to). Forgive me if this has been answered before. I have a 1988 MC 18, Rothmans Edition. I've just had the crank redone (seals were gone), bores re-plated (parts sent to Japan). The bike is stock except for Tyga carbon cans and only has 6500kms. The front cylinder smokes much more than the rear and I seem to be heavy on oil use. I'm using the Motul synthetic oil. My last two stroke was a 1985 RZ350 I bought new and from what I remember 25 years ago, it didn't use much oil.
Can the oil injection system be adjusted for each cylinder? If so how?
First up I am tempted to refer you to this thread on setting the oil pump.
I believe that there is no intended mechanism for individual adjustment per cylinder in relation to the delivery of the two stroke oil. _________________ [color=#808080][size=9]Yes,.. I too know how to waste Time and Money,...
