Nice and clean

While i was on a mission fixing my ignition problem, thought i'd pull the carbs down and give them a clean. Was not expecting this

Also had the chambers acid bathed and clear coated them with VHT high temp clear. I think they look horn in mild steel finish Very Happy

So finally after cleaning the carbies, new coils and a general overhaul (2t pump leaking seal fixed, all cables cleaned and lubed, p/v tested and realigned and a heap of other cleaning) it runs again. Riding to the servo with 8psi in both tyres was a tad tricky. First ride in 2 years !!
Trainspotters will notice I've shortened the tyga mufflers a decent amount, and have made the std honda flange fit them. There is also so hand made brake lines from Andy there too Very Happy

Road. Transport for work. Changed jobs and don't have a ute anymore, so the Rex and the nsr now carry my arse to work and back now. Did not see the point in buying a cheap run about when I have 2 vehicles already.

Did not sell the ute. It was a company ute. Turns out my old boss was a massive female reproductive organ, so I had to find another job that i could do without wanting to stab someone.
I have the tyga front guard, just did not get around to fitting it.
Should really fit some extra indicators on the sides of the fairings, as im pretty sure ill get defected with the tyga ones in built into the headlight. Although, im sure it would just be 'something else' on the defect list Cool
