Are they the stock chambers Biatchy? If they are I wouldnt be particularly worried about it as you'll be wanting to swap them over for a set of race chambers after you've come for a ride with the rest of us Melbourne guys Wink

LOL, but on a serious note there's nothing wrong with the stock '21 chambers, Bill's seen 66bhp out of his Surprised
No dents in his though.

yeah they are the stock ones...

they are quite small dents...maybe 10mm diameter circles...5mm deep..

i just that maybe cos the shape of chamber is so important it could have an effect on the engine...

dont want another seizure or nuthin... Crying or Very sad

i heard you can weld a rod or sumthin like that to the dent and then using a machine or sumthin to pull it out?

Smile

what u can do is plug up one end then pressurize the other and heat the dents with a tourch. they should pop out once hot enough

compressed air or even if u block both ends as it heats the air shold expand and create a preasure.

If there stock dont worry

They have a second skin for noise regs so it will not affect performance, I know cause I cut my stock pair apart years ago, and also its real thick stuff so not like you could pop down your local moto x shop and get them to tap it out its what most do all day long.

Using compresed air is extremely dangerous, as the pipe can explode. Any pipe builder worth his salt would most likely use hydraulic pressure - probably oil - but it's not a job to be undertaken lightly.

Send a PM to "martin77" and ask him - he'll be building our race pipes soon.

Like a few of the guys have said though, if they are stock pipes then I wouldn't worry too much as it's probably only the outer "skin" that's dented anyway.
