I assume many of you have removed your helmet lock bracket from the bike..any downside aside from losing an attachment point for the fairing?

Can the kickstand stop switch be unplugged without any issues?

Any other items that can be removed without side effects?

Any front brake disc upgrades that are reasonable?

Thanks to all-

Yep, no where to put your helmet is a major downfall of removing the helmet lock Wink

On the '28 the side stand plug needs shorting out or it stalls when you put it in gear.

Define "without side effects", to save loads of weight get rid of the oil pump, the o.e. bodywork and the lights.

Decent iron discs (EBC blue ones are best I've tried) are a big benefit.
