Been a while since last posting

Shipping has never been the problem, it's getting a handler to ship less than 60 at a time

Well, I have finally cracked it

The best deal is to go for a 20foot container with a minimum of 4 bikes in it. I have two bikes and two "gags" already set-up for going over late december early January depending on when the boat leaves.
My 1st shipment near the end of this month is going to be 7 RG400 engines

Here are the costs for going to Manchester but I will be getting one for just Felixtowe to allow a mix shipment to be picked up by the buyers.
The rates to ship your bikes to Manchester are below:
Crate Fee: 35,000 ~ 45,000 YEN (depending on size)
Ocean Freight: 33,000 YEN / per CBM – normally a bike will be 3-4 CBM after being crated.
Export Clearance: 12,000 YEN
We can arrange pick up of the bike at additional cost. Around 20,000 YEN per unit from Ibaraki or you can arrange to have it delivered to our warehouse.
If you plan on shipping 4 or more bikes at once, then a 20 foot container option would be less expensive. Bike will not have to be crated if shipped in a container.
You will need to de-register the bikes for export use. This can be done at your local motor vehicle department.
Again, shipment must be customs cleared at the port of entry and destination terminal/port charges still apply. Duties/taxes and any fees related with customs is not included.
For Parts:
Price Quote:
JPY 66,000 / First Cubic Meter
JPY 4,800 / Additional 0.1 Cubic Meter
Included Service:
Economy Service Pick up, Delivery to Port of departure, Export Customs Clearance, Terminal Charges in Japan, Ocean Freight and Inland Haulage to Manchester Terminal.
Excluded Service: Customs duties/taxes or any fees related to customs/quarantine (exams, demurrage, detention fees, security charges, excess storage, labor fees and the alike).
-Handling of heavy or oversized objects (i.e. pianos, safes).
- Destination terminal charges payable to our carrier’s agent in London.
USD 65.00/ CBM Doc Fee: USD 75.00
Destination terminal charges are subject to change without notice.
These are two bikes I chose out of the trade auctions - they are very well evaluated so you know what your getting. The best you can get for older bikes is rated as a class 4, that's what these bikes are as that way I am sure the buyer will be very happy with their purchase. The prices include all fees except the transfer fee which would probably be better doing through a bank account rather than PayPal and of course the shipping fee.
1) RGV250Gamma (gull arm) Blue/White, class 4, 3,900Km use Estimated price based on previous succesful bids = 331,000 Yen. This one comes up to auction on Wednesday.(now sold)
2) NSR250R-4SP (MC21) Rothmans colours, class 4 , 7,900Km use already sold and would of cost 655,000 Yen. Still very popular bikes here and rare.
Later, MM!
