Front Wheel Spacers MC18 2J

Just changed my front wheel bearings and forgot to note which way 'round the spacers went. Wide or narrow spacer on the left?

That's why you should always slide the spacers back onto the spindle whenever you remove it.

Mine has wide on the right.

Thanks.

I could see why your brakes failed the other week. I serviced the front master cylinder and calipers this weekend. The fluid in the calipers looked like treacle sponge. I guess that's why your brakes were spongy Laughing

The wheel will fit with the spacers inserted incorrectly, but the calipers won't line up on the disk - the wheel will lock up as you tighten the caliper bolts!

Do you really think you need to? Laughing

I'm forever fitting the front wheel the wrong way round! Confused

One of the biggest helps I've had is when I forget how something goes Embarassed I just look at the NSR next to it.

I tried looking at the one next to it but then took that apart.
Bought a third to copy but have already started to take that apart; where will it all end. Question
At the moment, I am not sure which spacers go with which bike.
