Cant recall rider, but the bike was the NR500. Had external springs leading the fork legs, as well leading calipers.

See above... Seems the carbon fiber forks had a good amount of flex to them making the bike hard to ride

If it was the NR500 it was debuted at the 1979 British gp by Mick Grant and Takazumi Katayama. Confused But thats two riders!

Is no 2 three? Straight four, square four & v4?

Well this is what i've got so far

1 It was the 2001 KR 500 it was gear box casing made by????????? CTi or something like that

4 It was Roberts and the Yamaha pig , would have been 82 he dropped the bike in the wet and it refused to restart then it caught fire his OW61

7 Joey Dunlop

8 i think is Heron Suzuki

9 was Mitsui Ito on a 50cc back in 1963

10 I believe it was1923 won by Freddie Dixon and passenger Walter Perry with a special Douglas tilting sidecar.

Not entirely correct about the carbon forks... I know some of the 1992-4 RSW250 Aprilia's and the Cube MotoGP used spun carbon stanchions from Ohlins! The NR's sliders were actually carbon too though I believe!
