Dear members.
I have a problem with my NSR 250 mc28 SP from 1994 when I put on the pgm card in. All the turns on when I do this and I can´t start the bike. As the owner´s manual instructions on page 18-3 says, the problem could be with the fuses of the bike, so I changed every one and replaced by new ones, but the bike has the same problem.
I couldn´t know what´s happens, because it could be ok to start. I bought it one year ago in England and arrived home in Spain last week. The battery was unconnected and low level when I tried it, so spent one night charging it. Now the battery is full and connected again, but when I put in the pgm card, both turns signal on intermittent... I talk with the bike shop where I bought it, and the seller says the bike was working well before crated and ship it.
Any idea of the possible issue? No warning light on the display, just the turns on. No gas at the moment in the tank, to give you all the information possible. All the fuses are new, and in the right place. The battery is connected, and eveything seems right.

I think you may struggle starting it until you get some gas in it!!

Can you add a picture of what is on the display when the card is inserted?

I will add a picture next hours. I boght the bike at Fastline in Preston. Nice bike really.
Both turn lights on when I put pgm card in, like when you push the emergency turns in a car. Really weird, bacause everything seems ok. Check page 18-3 of the NSR manual owner´s, because this problem is described there, I think. But not experience with this bike, so I´m not deep sure.

I did, but they though was the fuses. Way end at this moment, so maybe any experienced club member can help me.

Maybe you have the hazard lights turned on? There is a button on the left hand cluster. Other than that it looks normal from the picture.

Put some fuel in it and try the kickstart.
