83504-KV3-830 any help with dimensions?

Mon Apr 20, 2020 5:02 pm » Post: #1 » Download Post

Hi All,

I wondered if you might be able to help me with this one...

I need to try and locate 83504-KV3-830 part 32 off slide I 2 (image enc.) The issue is that my bike did not come with it and there seems to be non available.

My question is would anyone mind and or be able to send me some close up images of the one off your bike and some dimensions so I can fettle something up?
I can have a rough guesstimate at it but it would be good to know for sure what the dims. are.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Max

Cheers Paul, not going anywhere at the moment...

I assume it provides a brace part to the bottom of the tail unit at the rear, just below the tail light unit? Giving something for the tail unit to bolt together on.

Yeah, that ties the two seat panels together at the back, and then is a fixing point for the rear light cover.

Cheers Andy, thought so but good to have it confirmed.

I reckon there is a small pot in the previous owners shed that contains all these little impossible to find bits....like all the airbox screws and this tail unit brace!

No worries Paul, I made a boo boo as I need part 31 as well but did not know it...one (part 31) came up on Ebay yesterday but I thought I had it kicking around and it sold, doh!

I'll get some light plate out and get whittling!

Cheers
