Nowt wrong with that Andy, a real credit to you Innes. If we get a chance this year to ever get to any events, i'd like to see this turn up, the festival of 1000 bikes at Mallory would be ideal, iv'e already put my entry in, but with it being early July I have my doubts.

Thank you, Les. I thought it just made things easier to see, with all the images laid out on a single page. It's a bit labour intensive though, coding the page by hand. An easy out would be to install a gallery management system, which I dabbled with on my V4 site, but I like the hand-built approach. Smile

I have not been to Festival of 1000 bikes since 2012, so that sounds like a plan Les. I have just downloaded the application form, but I will try and find out if the meeting is actually going ahead before applying.

Added a couple more bikes...

NSR-WORLD.COM Gallery

If anyone wants to submit their photos* for a gallery, I can start to build it up more.

*Please don't crop the images. It's a nightmare if they are all different sizes because it does my OCD in, and I have to edit them all so I get a pretty grid layout! Laughing

If you could make the first 6 photos along the lines of each of the current galleries, to keep a consistent (read, my OCD!) theme, I'd really appreciate it! Laughing But also, as each page is hand coded, it really does help for follow a similar format, as it means less editing. Wink

Another video, this time the NX5 is hooked up to an April Systems Pulse Simulator. This box of tricks allows you to simulate the engine and electrics working, without physically having to start the bike. Of course, its more fun actually starting up the bike! This was also the first time I had the HRC data logger and detonation counter all wired in and working.

Very trick Innes, but sadly a bit above my level, looking at the start up vid, you must get yourself a starter, I have a simple one with a 240v angle grinder that spins a roller, I quite fancy one of those trick ones that fit a cordless drill / impact driver, that fits the end of the crank, but it means drilling a hole in the fairing. Well i'm off now to have a trawl through them photos again.

I have a real problem with these, personally. Maybe just over-cautious, but I hate the thought of putting a drive of any kind on to the end of the crank.

Yes, I must admit, I have the same thoughts about those starters, plus you have to drill a big hole in the fairing!
The bike is a pig to start from cold (no chokes on the magnesium carbs), although I do need to practice my my starting technique.
