The NSR250R is unique amongst the race-replica series of the 80s and 90s, in that not only did the design spawn a customer Grand Prix model (RS250R NF5) that spanned 5 years, but also that its engine format remained unchanged for its full 10-year production cycle. No other manufacturer can claim such thoroughbred credentials, and only Yamaha can come even remotely close to the NSRs pedigree, with its TZR series.
Please use this section to discuss/ask questions about the GP bikes, and any crossover technology/design, and also any issues you may have with the content on the main site, so I can try and improve it. I will do my best to answer what I can, but please keep it GP NSR & RS, and production NSR250R bike based.
Please note: This isn't an area to discuss the TT-F3 variants; that section will be coming next year.
