Hi again, question will this work PGM 3 to kiss box to HRC loom?.Next remove flywheel replace with TYGA timing wheel, total loss system does anyone out there have experiance of this set up or similar on their race bikes. How does the nsr go?.How long will a battery last or should I stick with the flywheel.Thanks.

The HRC loom should be fully derestricted. THere is no need for the KISS derestrictor, too. Can't help with the flywheel.
Well yes and no. The PGM is programmed with a different curve for each gear, so we fool it into giving more power by only using the first three curves.
Personally I'd agree that the wire splice seems neccessary, but if the splice is carried out already by the loom (and let's face it HRC would know of the ignition maps) then there's no need.
Clear as mud. _________________ MC21SP Plaything

The HRC loom includes connections for an in-line HRC module that delimits the PGM III and adjusts the power curve. The HRC fittings are different to the KISS fittings, so the KISS would need modifying. (The KISS does a similar job, but is not quite as effective.)
The difference between the HRC loom and the stock loom is all the wiring associated with non-essential road-going systems (lights, horn, indicators, brake light, etc.) is stripped out. The wiring for the oil pump is also removed as HRC assume you will be using pre-mix.
The HRC harness alone IS NOT enough to delimit an MC21 ignition - you must use the HRC module too.
I've got an HRC module on mine, though I had to make the connector fit the loom as like Andy says, it's not made to work with a standard loom.
That'll be why I was told not to do the splice on mine then... _________________ MC21SP Plaything

Thanks guys getting a bit clearer.this bike is my race bike i have been using the wire splice.but a mate who i race against has a nc 30 with total loss ie no flywheel and it seems to have made a difference for the better.so can i use my kiss with my pgm 3 on a HRC loom with no flywheel?will this work as the HRC delimiters are rare and cost bucks i bet and i'am over in NZ.Just trying to get the bike set up right. Thanks again.
Email Tyga. I bought my HRC unit from them a couple of years ago. Think it was £80 or so... _________________ MC21SP Plaything

What style is the loom? There are two different external wiring schemes for the derestrictors. One has 3 conventional plastic plug style connectors. The other is a multi terminal connector, the same as the PGM III.
