Ive put Brake lines onto most of my bikes in the past, its best to use NEW crush washers, and banjos, but if the banjo bolts are in good condition then just the crash washers, bleed the left side first then right, (as you sit on the bike) it can be done but a friend to help will bleed them alot faster, once done go back and forth 2 or 3 times to each side to make sure its free from air, At first youll think nothing is happening but itll work just keep bleeding. once you think your done check all bolts and bleed nipples the brake lever should feel hard and not squishy, if it still feels soft try a back bleed, take a caliper off the bike, losen the banjo at the top next to the master cylnder, and push a piston in youll see some air come out and that should be you all done, Always ride slow at first when youve done your brakes test them in a clear area and never do back and front at the same time! as for cans i cant say if you will do harm to the engine or if it helps the performance im not an expert, but i think the tyga ali cans are cheaper? if its just for looks
save a little more and you can buy some Tyga pipes, spend a little less and buy some cans from here and support NSR-world. _________________ MC21SP - Roth-tax

Aikawa, I'm afraid no-one on here will tell you it'll be fine, as every bike is different.
Some of us have swapped entire exhausts systems and not rejetted, others have fitted cans alone and siezed.
You SHOULD be ok with just a can swap, but check your plugs after riding a few miles just to see what's going on. What colour are they now? _________________ MC21SP Plaything

YES! make sure you check all bolts!!! I changed my fluid while at work on a slow day & didn't tighten one bolt on the caliper, just hand tight. I don't think it's good to answer phones & work on your brakes at the same time. I found out it was gone when I was on my way to Laguna Seca last year on Skyline Blvd, not the best place for brake problems. Something didn't feel right so I pulled over before I killed myself, very lucky I guess. I used a bolt from the kick stand & used a few washers form a propane delivery guy who passed by. Triple check everything!!!
the best thing you can do when bleeding brakes, is to cable tie the brake leaver back to the bar and leave over night. bleed the brakes first as RC46 said. when you cut off the cable tie the next day all the air will have found its way back up the hoses and out the master cylinder.

should i also purchase air-free banjo bolts?? cuz my plan is to take it to te shop and get it put on. BUt i wont be abl to leave the bike overnight to bleed the brakes so....
oh and should i put cable ties on the rear brake lever aswell?
You could order the very trick HRC banjo bolts sold on this very site to help you bleed them. They can be found in the marketplace under "HRC" _________________ If I have to take the carbs off once more...
It's up to you what you spend your money on but chambers and/or cans aren't worth anything really power wise on the '18 or '21 especially on the road (i.e they give about 2 bhp at the top and cost more mid range). They do sound nice but I know of a '21 that saw 66bhp on the stock chambers
A lot of the '21 restriction is in the wiring so if it's an increase in power (rather than just looking nice) you're after spend some of your 23000 yen on some tools and follow this.
You'll have done nothing except let the bike work properly in 4th, 5th and 6th so everything should be fine but do a plug chop* in 4th, if that's OK try 5th then 6th just to be sure as some hero may have jetted it down in the past.
Then mod the airbox, Tyga do this to theirs, other people prefer 4 1" holes in the top, mine has got two 1 1/2" holes in, whatever, the "problem" is the inlet in the airbox is not as big as the carbs, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see this cannot be good.
The reason I say do this seperately is it almost certainly will require rejetting now as you are now allowing more air in, this is probably now the time to consider fitting the HRC (or JHA) jet kit.
*So, at the end of a long enough to get up to max revs in the gear you're checking it in, pull the clutch in, flick the kill switch, and coast to a halt. Remove the front spark plug and check the colour of the electrode. It should be a light tan colour if your settings are good. As it's probably standard it won't be loads too rich (black) but we're looking for grey or near white indicating it's too lean which means a gentle (Andy ) ride home and some larger main jets with some more of your 23000 yen.

Best bit of advice ever and never fails... Unless as mentioned above you have the HRC banjo or Brembo radial master cylinder _________________ NSR300R - Why did i ever have a 250...
I also bought braided brake hose (reservoir to your master cylinder)
anyway i installed it and the hose is bending because the Master cylinder stay is constructed differently from the stock... do you think i can cut it and make it shorter so the fitment it perfect? and it seems to hit when i turn the steering all the way to the right
one more question i also bought some new front winkers, the question is do i just rewire it like it was on the stock winkers??
