My HRC jet kit finally arrived. Now I can put the carbs back together. I'm looking for some jetting reccomendations for a starting point. (MC21) I'll be using HRC reed blocks with stuffers, and Tyga carbon reeds; stock exhaust and individual air cleaners. Tempature in Texas is normally about 90+ Deg. Farenhite and 90+ deg humidity at sea level. Need to know what mains, needles, and emulsion tubes to start with. Any help is appreciated. _________________ james

I found the section on the website so I think I have it pretty well sorted out now. Suggestions still welcome. _________________ james

With my setup, I started at 200's and worked down. At the last dyno session I went to, with (I think) 190's in, the engine made 45 horsepower, and a change of just one jet size jumped it to 51, so it is quite surprising how much difference a small change can make.
Get the mains and top end right, then muck about with the needle to clean up the mid range. _________________ MC21SP Plaything
