getting to final bits on my ypvs/rgv build
the problem i have is i am using a clock cluster from a single cylinder bike (nsr 125)
the ypvs only has one coil and sending one pulse to the rev counter so the rev counter is showing 4 thou when it should be 8 thou and 5 at 10 etc
is the any electronic converters that may cure this _________________ Half the strokes, twice the fun
Erm, if the clock is from a single cylinder bike, and the YPVS has a single coil, shouldn't it work properly?
Any reason you're not using the YPVS clock?
It might be possible to split the line in and use a coil (inductor / choke) to delay the signal down the second line so that it arrives after the first and appears as a second signal.
Does that make any sense? _________________ MC21SP Plaything

not using the ypvs clocks as mine were damaged and the nsr ones have a nice white background and red numbers/needle and were free
not doing the work myself but will pass on the idea to the chap that is _________________ Half the strokes, twice the fun
This company make customised dial faces www.redial-uk.co.uk Dont know how it would look though because I guess that you would only be using half the dial?
