boring out carbs

my mates not having them cases now so ill have em off you for a bit of a winter project to see if i can get 80+ bhp form a nsr motor Twisted Evil i got 42 from a nsr125 motor so am going to see if a 250 motor is up to the job Exclamation

The width of the slide will determine how wide you can go., but beware of the intermadiate power jet exit of you'll cut straight into the main chamber hole.

You can cut them quite high. Lift the slide right up until it stops and you'll see.

Keep the 'D' shape, and don't be afraid to get the epoxy out to fill all the holes. Andy will know what I mean quite soon.

He landed at 6am at Suvarnabhumi. I think he's on his way down in about 4 days.

Along with my carbs, you'll be needing to load him up with numerous parts for the F250 racer! Wink
