Is there a special way to ride a bike with dry clutch? or is it the same as a wet clutch. I always feather the clutch at the lights is that bad for a dry clutch. My bike does the rattle when i pull the clutch sounds mean _________________ Stock and really slow MC28SE Repsol Rep... =(

Wears out faster. You shouldn't do it on any vehicle. _________________ james

Because the NSR has a standard ball push rod bearing it isnt good to load it for long periods (holding the clutch in) and all the load is forced to the side of the bearing. With the clutch disengaged it also lets the plates "rattle" more also causing clutch basket wear... we all do it though _________________ If I have to take the carbs off once more...
