no matter what combination of these 6 different parts i use when the ign is turned on and i switch it to run, the servo goes straight to high

Feels like im missing something really simple?? there's no way all of these parts are faulty!
I still have not connected the RC cables.. would the servo act differently with cables attached?
Would it act differently if bike was running?
Is there a fault in my wiring loom??
Im really stumped here, any suggestions would be great
