Well, I got the NSR fired up and everything seems fine and sounds good.

Seems to be a bit rich on the 30:1 premix. The oil pump just barely dribbles out at idle (and I do mean barely), then it dribbles more when I open the servo. Does this sound right?

The oil light went off.

RC valves seem to go back and forth when I rev it.

Temp seems OK.

Does everything sound like its in order? Any other advice before I button it up? I guess I need to sync the carbs.

Sounds about right from the oil pump.

Can't recall what work's been done, but remember the heat cycles if there's new pistons / replates etc.

Otherwise, all appears good, so carry on as if yer normal! Wink

Thanks Dave.

Turns out I was way over jetted. I used the reccomended HRC settings, then went to the smallest jets in the HRC kit, then I put the stock jets back in which works the best. Makes sense since I'm still running the stock pipes. Still can't ride it though - waiting on a sprocket shaft seal. I'm told Honda JP went on Holidy and won't be back for two more weeks, which means three weeks at least to get the seal. Then I have to figure out how to get it registered.
