hi help need to know , ive removed the water/oil pump drive shaft.
as the shaft had pitted where the seal sits, and the plastic drive wheel
has cracks . while waiting for a new one . two stroke oil is leaking from
the oil pump drive hole in the side casing. into where gear oil will be.
are there eny seals at the oil pump i should replace ! . is this ok
have new drive waiting to fit . mc18sp many thanks Crying or Very sad

remove the oil pump setup, go with pre-mix and put it back together when you get the new shaft/seals.

THe only think you need to do it build a blocking plate/gasket to block off the hole where the oil pump goes, and then block off the two nipples on the carb insulators/intake where the oil lines connect to.

Mix at 32:1 and you shoudl be okay

thanks but i will take pump out for a look . the oil is draing through the
pump and simpely coming through open hole for water pump drive .
stil it means the gear box will be always toped up Crying or Very sad
