Use the MC21 triples and use the VFR forks, disks and fender. Either NSR or VFR calipers should both be OK.
Can't tell you about the wheel, as I am unsure of the spacers you'd use. I wouldn't want to run the wider VFR wheel without the F3 suspension though, as it doesn't seem to work without HRC geometry (for me anyway). _________________ Andy.

When looking into this also check the VFR vs NSR total fork length, I think, maybe the VFR legs are a we bit shorter as well. _________________ Farting is funny
Sharp is my old front-end! 1991 RWU HRC RS250. I can't remember the length of them off-hand, but it was seriously aggressive... superb though! The gap between the front fender and the nose fairing was only about 70mm!
It scrubbed the hell out of front tyres, but was planted.

as you can see nc 30 front end including wheel works well on my mc16,using mc16 steerer welded onto nc30 bottom yoke,lock stops have basically the same spacing as the mc16 so no problems there for me.
