The RC v/v servo cycles as it should with the TPS disconnected,however the servo doesn't operate with the motor running.The v/vs are free to move(cleaned them anyway).I was going to swap the PGM to my other bike to check,but that motor expired so thats not possible,i don't want to risk a PGM!!could it be the TPS?I only say this because the servo does cycle-moving the v/vs and turning the ignition on,they reset.
Swap the carbs and find out! It'll only take 10 mins on an MC21!
You can also swap the RC servo motor, again, only 10 mins... 5 if you don't hook the cables up (for testing purposes).
It's unlikely to have a dead PGM if the Valves cycle to "Hi" when you disconnect the T.P.S., but if you eliminate all the other (cheaper) parts first, you don't really have much to loose. Other than that, find someone who can try your suspected PGM on their bike. _________________ Andy.
