Ok, i have been trawling the forum and found no answer to this question.
Has anyone been fortunate enough to test different exhaust [TYGA, JHA etc] systems and gain any usefull results or are we all buying TYGA because they are great value? _________________ MC21 300

The best pipes on mine were one-offs and are hanging in the garage at the moment... the bike (in exactly the same state of tune as it is now) made a tad under 68hp with them. They were the best of 4 sets with slightly differing designs.
The pipes on it now are Ethos Design, and probably the only ones in the country, and therefore the best! They make 66hp on the same motor, with the same jetting, but a lot more mid-range than the "screamers".
I seriously doubt you will be able to split HARC Pro's, Jha's, Dog Fights, or TYGA's on the dyno on the same motor with the right setup... they've all used pretty much the same data!
One thing I will say though, irrespective of what pipes you choose, nothing can match the pure quality (and consequently the price) of the stainless steel Japanese stuff!
An interesting note however, is that my MC21 has made 65hp on standard pipes (TYGA cans) too, although the stock pipes do weigh a ton!! _________________ Andy.

dogfight r like mine but as andy says all the pipes will be similar in power the diference will be the power curve and the only way of knowing for sure would be to get a bike and then get everyones diferent pipes off and take to a dyno to test it would be very interesting to do _________________ ive seen more tarts than mr kipling
So Andy, who made these pipes for you and would you ever consider allowing them to be tested on a 300 motor. As you say they gave good top end and we all know a 300 lacks nothing in the mid range!!! _________________ MC21 300

You are welcome to try my JHA's on the dyno. They are on my race bike at the moment, so you'll have to come between race meetings.
Having measured them vs my Tyga, they are very similar in chamber sizes, but the JHA's are slightly different on the left pipe (more like the RS racer in that the tail pipes exit the bike at different heights when looking from the rear). I found on my RS, a few mm can have a big effect if it's at the header or the stinger.
Andy Bacon (Abcon) makes pipes to any spec, but it'll cost you £800-1000.
