i try to disassemble the RC valve.
is anyone know how to remove the RC valve dust seal from the cylinder?
do i need a special tool to do it?
is the E ring behind the dust seal?
thank you
Hey there, try this japanese website http://mc28tsuruta.web.fc2.com/ under (translated) valve removal and cleaning (RC).
It has step by step instructions and accompanying photos.
It's not rocket science though... look at the parts manual so see how it all goes together and you'll soon realise how easy it is to disassemble and service.
Once the RC Valve backplate is off (the part the cable adjusters screw into) the RC Valve shaft just pulls out (complete with E-clip and seal). If it's all kept clean and serviced properly, you can put the shaft out by hand!
If you're doing it without removing the barrel, turn the crank to TDC as it makes it easier to manipulate the Valve flaps into place. _________________ Andy.

The technique I use involves a claw hammer under the nut / washer, screwed back on after the cable carrier has been removed.
Use a cloth to protect the barrel and be gentle! _________________ MC21SP Plaything

The majority of the members here speak English as their primary language, but there are many that do not. For those that post their questions as best as they can, they do not need to be attacked by others for not using perfect English. Just cause the original poster is from the US, doesn't always mean that English is their first language (even if they were born here, you should see the state of our public schools! ). Keep it friendly, and let Andy manage the issues with poor grammar _________________ Charles Gallant

It was clear a long time ago that atolldevil's English is not perfect, and it's for the benefit of users such as him that I abhor "TXT SPK" in posts, but shorthand and poor English are two entirely different things. Please do not castigate someone for their English speaking skills on here again.*

I am not a native English speaker, and I know my English skill is poor.
But I try my best to let everyone understand my question.
Anyway, thanks for your statement of judgment.
I will work hard improve my English skill.
