So what do all you experts and and clueless individuals (like myself) recommend? I am interested in two aspects:
POWER
I want to keep the oil injector, don't want to change the carb.s except for slow and main jets, want an airbox. I am after reliability and not having to rejet much, but it would be nice to get a little more power. 59-60RWHP would be just about right, and it should be achievable within the constraints of reliability I stated above.
JETTING
I dynoed at two main jet settings, 155 and 160. I rode it at 165 (and seized it at 145) and I think it didn't feel so good. So is it likely that the 160 main jet is going to be safe on the long back straight at Motegi? Also what kind of temperature swing is it going to take before I need to rejet?
SETUP:
MC21
HRC black box PGM deriestrictor
Dry air filter (Daytona)
Tyga high-flo reed set
Carbs stock with 40 SJ and 160 MJs
The bottles under the carbs have been romved and holes blocked off
JHA chambers and endcans; it all looks pretty old, and there is a dent in one chamber at the widest point, and the other one has a slight bend at the narrowest point where it is reinforced and goes from wide to narrow. Endcans look old-ish.
Airbox has had the back chopped off it and the divider inside removed
The front cylinder has the HRC head conversion with 0.6mm gasket
The front cylinder has had the outside of the exhaust ports widened.
Rear cylinder is an A, front is a B, both have new pistons and rings.
Oil injector is adjusted to maximum.

Sorry invigiator, but your post in its' original form was over 1/2Mb to download. Please bear in mind that the majority of the planet still use dial-up modems to access the internet so therefore could've spent ages waiting for the images to download.
If you notice, on many an occasion I will actually delete the original images in posts, upload optimised versions, then add thumbnails and/or links for those who wish to download the full-size image. Sometimes I don't however, as believe it or not I do have a life outside NSR-WORLD.COM!
Rather than make up a "rule" about posting images, I have instead mentioned this several times, hoping that it doesn't fall on deaf ears.
Anyone wishing to analyze your dyno results are quite capable to do so by clicking on the links.
Remember it's a Saturday, so the forum is always less active at this time of the week. Many owners with the technical ability to analyze the graphs are probably racing, watching racing, or simply out enjoying themselves. I doubt removing the images and leaving links is the reason you have yet to see a reply.
I think the Forum Members are sometimes their own worst enemies. Technical posts are often answered within an hour or two, usually by more than one knowledgable contributee, and consequently it becomes expected to receive an answer to all posts virtually instantly!

Hey! Sorry Andy, didn't mean to get your back up about it and certainly didn't mean to make such a big deal out of it with my little jibe; didn't realise the bandwidth was the problem not the physical size.
Anyway I don't expect you or anybody else to waste your time moderating and editing pictures, and I certainly don't expect a 'service' from random members of the board with regard to technical questions. Over any time scale.
