rear head mod question

rear head mod question

just did the rear head mod and I'm wondering what guys do about the coil wire and cap? im still using the standard br9ecm plug and notice that the coil wire hookup is a bit of a stretch.

There's an answer to this on a previous thread. Take a rear and a front plug lead and cap. Take the plug lead from the rear and the cap from the front and then it'll reach with the standard mounting.

Yeah, I use the short plug and cap, it's the only way to go if you are keeping the stock bodywork, and also don't want to run the possible risk of tyre-to-plug cap contact, but they are pretty expensive!

I can get them however, and could list them for anyone interested ,in fact I'd be more than happy to add things to the Marketplace by request really! Smile

Let's have a show of hands, and I'll see about getting some in! Can't say fairer than that.

Bear in mind the plugs are only available in in the Honda books #10 up. (Although I think I've seen #9.5 available from NGK)
