The crank has to be split and rewelded true, it's a specialist job. Whether it's as good as a new crank is open to discussion, most people (including Honda) say you shouldn't replace the big ends at all either as the pin is part of the web, but it can be done.

It's true, but don't forget your's was split at least twice to have all bearings replaced and looking at the quality of the bearings that had been fitted when you seized it you've got to cast doubt on the quality of the first rebuild Idea
Or maybe I'm just being a little blinkered and unwilling to accept the truth as mine looks like it's had a big end done Rolling Eyes

Twice, once to bodge it pre you getting it and again to put it right Idea

However I did think they were all done (big ends as well) so I stand corrected there, but it's irrelevent as the mains went again.

I dont see why a crank cant be rebuild as good as new as long as decent bearings are used and the big ends are ok. We've build loads of 2 stoke cranks and they never give any trouble, mind the tripples are alittle tricky to true up after..
