Who the hell ruined a perfectly good MC28 by putting an Aprilia RS seat on it!

You need some pipes, they are the biggest restriction on the MC28.

As Fontyyy says, race pipes should be high on your list.

They all perform similarly really, so not much to choose between any of them. Get what you can on your budget. If you race then cheaper mild steel is likely a better choice in case you have the odd tumble. If you can pick up some stainless pipes on the cheap though, it doesn't matter! Smile

Best place to get a jet kit is either on here (keep an out on Classifieds) or Yahoo! Japan. Again, Moriwaki-man is probably your best bet. A jet kit will (should) come with X and Y pieces, adjustable needles, power jet blanks, slow jets, and a range of main jets.

Once you get your PGM and harness sorted out I'd get pipes and the jet kit.

It's then worth doing the front head mod and running the HRC air box.

A lightened flywheel help with pickup and doesn't cost much.

Run a non O ring chain.

In your part of the world, you may find TYGA will modify yours for you. Worth an e-mail to ask them. EMS within Asia is cheap, fast, and trackable, so you wouldn't be off the road too long.
