Back in the day I was labelled ADHD, so will blame that on this fairly random sequenced thread. Idea
Here is the stator and flywheel condition on strip down

Feel free to e-mail them to me if you want, and I'll host them and add them to your posts. I already do it for a couple of members in a similar position. Wink

Hi Guys,
Here are hopefully all the parts needed to complete a full re build. The piston, rings and seals etc are from RGV Spares in Australia run by Dietmar Schulz, the other lot of parts are from Webike in Japan. Both these companies were excellent to deal with and can highly recommend them.
More to come...

Howdy

Removing cassette to replace output shaft seal and check condition of transmission. Never seen this type of trick build before, very cool. Replaced clutch and gear shift seals too. Had a few cracks at getting together again..

Be careful when you insert the cassette back into place.

There's a small spring that needs to be hooked back inside the cavity that can be easily overlooked, and get trapped between the crankcase and bearing holder. If you try and torque down the screws without hooking the spring into place, you'll crack the bearing holder.

Yes, saw the spring that could easily overlooked.

Is it possible to stretch the O ring that goes around the centre bearing on crankshaft to fit it? or does the crankshaft have to be dismantled?
Thanks
