I just fully rebuild my nsr! Rebuild crank, new pistons new piston rings and many other!
My nsr is full stock with geniue parts! except the main jet. Jet sizes removed bu admin. Please read the forum rules.
I did 1000km and i test it and i wasnt happy so i done the wire splice in pgm and in gps.
My problem is when i have 5 gear at 10k rpm stops accelerate with 6 gear the same!
I check it in 1st and second gear it goes 12k rpm in 4 gear accelerate good until 10k rpm and the power stops but it can go 12k if i keep the throttle full but it is pointless in 5 gear at 10k rpm it dyes like restricted

Thank you for the fast reply! I check the power valve, it was the first think i checked ! , My battery is 12.9v with ignition off and when it is working I have 14.6V so I it is ok!
Then come back and ask any questions you have. _________________ MC21SP Plaything

I check them and i change them with new br9ecm and i went for a ride again it is black brown it seems ok from jetting Dave and i change coils too! maybe is something electrical because in 1st/2nd/3rd gear it is ok and goes 12k rpm! I check the tps too! It is ok I am getting crazy with my nsr
I am thinking about wire splice in gps i read that wire splices cancel each other and It have neutral ignition anyone know something about this?
Black is NOT a good colour. If your plugs are black then the engine is not burning all the fuel going in - the jets in it are probably too big, though there may be other problems of course.
Do you have access to a rolling road (also known as a dyno) for motorbikes? _________________ MC21SP Plaything

I mean dark brown is is my fault! the main jet isnt big for sure and the spark aren't wet.
Access if you mean 50 euro per dyno I have
When it is working in idle I can hear a sound like I have some electric leak but the coils are new and i can't see something.. Maybe this is the problem or the sound come from solenoid :S
Thank you for the help Dave I really appreciate it !
I'm certainly NOT an expert with NSR's but IF what you are describing is an electrical 'arcing' sound (a bit like the sound when the spark jumps across the contacts on a sparkplug) then you have an electricla breakdown somewhere in the High Tension side of the ignition.
Do you have WD40 in Greece, if so then spray the coil connections on the HT side. Use a good amount of spray (you can clean it off afterwards). If you then cannot hear the sound there is a breakdown in a connection here.
If it still makes the 'arcing' sound the spray inside the plug caps and also on the outside where the HT lead goes into the plug.
Doing this should show if there is any problems on the HT connections.

If that fails then it's over to the NSR experts.

I dont see something in coil! And i did that with WD40! it doen't do it every time but sometimes

I think this would be worthwhile doing, and you'd probably find the problem within a couple of runs - will certainly save you a lot of time out on the street! _________________ MC21SP Plaything

You are right and it is more safer.. Here in Greece car driver's are dangerous.
Thank's for the advice, I will count the ignition in both cylinders to see if I have misfire and if i dont have I will change pgm first and finally all wire harness I will keep you inform if I find something! If you have any other suggestion what should be please feel free to advice
