- Checked the kill switch and ignition switch - they are also good, no shorts or anything, working just fine
- Battery is VARTA funstart 12V 3ah 30A and is 1 year old but i dont know it seems to be good.
I charged it clean the terminals of ignition coils buy new spark plugs and again nothing no spark again on both.
2. PGM III
Today i notice a missing wires from the white terminal of PGM III theye are missing a 3 wires.
At black terminal is a full 16 wires. 8 up and 8 down.
But on white is not like that there is a 6 wires up and 7 down.
I will appreciate any help. thanks
Kill Switch:
When i test it with my multimeter i put one proble ( the black ) to the frame on the bike and other probe ( the red ) on Black/White cable from kill switch. When its set on RUN reads 24,5Ω but when its OFF there is nothing 0.
I forget to tell my Oil light is not coming up.
For the PGM III i was wrong sorry for that i see on the diagram that is all there no missing wires sorry again.
I just try a new battery 12V 4Ah from a good friend of mine AND.....
When i turn ignition key ON and kill switch set to RUN this happens
The OIL lamp comes on i was excited to see that
The power valve servo motor moves for the 1st time i see it to goes from middle position on LOW position
Then i measure the voltage when on and off bike
When its all off it reads 12,70 V
When its all ON it reads 12,50 V
AND the moment of truth i just kick it on side stand to check for the wanted spark BUT NOTHING STILL NOTHING on both sides i am so sad and i dont know what to do now.
If anyone can help please i will be here and will wait for answers.
sorry for the language but i am 19 years old bulgarian boy.
First of all, your English is fine, stop worrying about that. You can understand what an Australian is trying to tell you to do in relatively technical terms so there is no problem with others understanding you.
Some people here are better at riding then fixing, there could be many things wrong, so it is slowly finding each thing and fixing that. When others have the experience, they will chip in.
So have you measure the resistance in the leads from the spark plug cap to the coil?
How are you checking for spark?
Have you checked that you have a good ground signal from the engine to the battery negative terminal?
When i check for spark i unscrew the two spark plugs and ground them to the frame of the bike and check for a signal with multimeter on beeping mode always beeps that is good.
And then i set the ignition key ON and kill switch to RUN star start to kick the bike
but there is no spark on both sides i was doing this while is dark at night but i cant hear or see any spark jumping across.
Also i check for signal from Battery negative green cable to engine for signal and on other ground points in bike the signal is good.
Do all the other electrics work, indicators, horn, main lights, stop light ? If so then I would say the problem is somewhere in the kill switch wiring or maybe something is grounding to earth, a wire with broken covering, or even a block connector that has corroded. If possible gently separate the connectors and put some WD40 or equivalent water dispersing spray on the connections. Be careful if cleaning them. search Google for the best method. Release all the clips holding the loom close to the frame and see if any wiring is damaged. You can also check the actual kill switch on the handlebars
Hi there
does the bike have the stand switch in place ? if it has been removed the wires need bridging together in the block on the loom, If this is so give it a go,
all the best,

The stand switch is in place and it has never been removed.
When i check for spark i do it without side stand.
I can`t understand one
Where is the positive side and negative side on ignition coils
Each ignition coil have Green and Black terminal
I think the black terminal is negative and the green is positive.
But when i do conductivity test between the Green/Brown wires that are for ignition coils and ground (frame on bike) or engine beeping signal comes. Does this mean they should be connected on Black terminal of ignition coils or not i don`t know or they are the whole problem.
Hi there
Today i was looking the side stand switch.
I think i found one mistake but who knows so.
There are 3 wires going into the side stand switch
Yellow'Black
Green
Green/White
I check the wiring diagram and see this mistake
Only the Yellow'Black wire was in place on the side stand swtich the other two wires green and green/white was swapped.
Green goes to ground as shown at wiring diagram i check for conductivity between this wire and ground also and to negative terminal of battery and its have strong signal that is good and i plug it in place in the side stand switch so this is done. I was happy to do that its a easy work.
But next other Green/white wire should goes straight into the PGM 3 as shown in wiring diagram and i plug it in place on the side stand switch and when i do conductivity test between Green/White and frame or engine beeping signal comes why is this is right or not?
